Menu entries added each time I start visual studio.

Every time I start Visual Studio 2010 with the doxygen browser add-in installed, a new "Doxygen" submenu is added in the Tools menu. For example, restarting Visual Studio 2010 5 times after installing the add-in yields 5 Doxygen submenu entries. Furthermore, all menu entries in the Doxygen submenu are also added to each/the Doxygen menu. This situation persists even after deinstalling the add-in.
I was able to reproduce the problem on two different workstations with VS2010 Professional installed.

Sic, I can confirm this problem! The very same also arises under VS 2005 and needs to be fixed!

Old issue, though an easy solution when uninstalled:
Right click menu bar -> customize -> commands -> menu bar -> select 'tools'
here you can manually delete the doxygen menu entries.
